Transplanting
During the visit to our permaculture garden, the children can work in small areas, for example helping with transplanting. All seeds must be repotted into larger containers after 2 weeks, and for tomatoes, for example, this must be done twice. They see the growth and can follow how the repotted plants develop from week to week. For example, with lettuce we can follow this closely.
